This page explains the payment options available when shopping at zalify.shop, as well as important information about pricing, taxes, and payment security.

2. Payment Processing

Your payment method will be authorised and charged when your order is placed or shortly afterwards, subject to approval by your payment provider.

Your bank may temporarily display the transaction as pending while it is being processed.

If payment has been captured but we are unable to accept or fulfil your order, we will cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to the original payment method without undue delay.

All payments are processed using PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

3. Pricing & Currency

All product prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) before any applicable US sales tax. Where required, sales tax is calculated and displayed before payment at checkout.

We make every effort to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate and up to date.

4. Pricing Errors

If we identify an obvious pricing error before accepting an order, we may contact you and ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price, or we may cancel the affected order.

We will not charge a higher price without your express agreement. If the order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method without undue delay.

5. Tax Information

Zalify is the trading name of Benjamin Tobias Holloway, a sole trader established in England, United Kingdom.

Zalify is not registered for UK VAT. UK VAT is not charged on orders delivered to the United States. Applicable US sales tax may be calculated at checkout where required.

6. Payment Security

We take the security of your payment information seriously. All transactions on zalify.shop are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Our payment gateways are fully PCI-DSS compliant.
