Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: 16 July 2026

This page explains your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information under applicable US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Your Right to Opt Out

Where applicable under US state privacy laws, you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising or targeted advertising.

What Does "Sale" or "Sharing" Mean?

We do not sell your personal information for monetary value. However, where these services are enabled, we may disclose certain information to advertising and analytics partners, including Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics, to measure site performance and provide relevant advertising. Depending on the circumstances, this disclosure of browsing activity, IP addresses, cookie identifiers, and similar information may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable US state privacy laws.

How to Opt Out

You can exercise your right to opt out in the following ways:

  • Use the privacy controls provided on our website.
  • Contact us directly: Email info@zalify.shop with "CCPA Opt-Out Request" in the subject line, or call +1 (970) 376-4395.

Browser-Based Opt-Out Preference Signals

Where required by applicable law, we recognise and process supported browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser or device.

You do not need to create an account or verify your identity to submit an opt-out request. We may request only the limited information reasonably necessary to apply your preference.

Processing and Confirmation

Where the CCPA applies, we will process your request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information as soon as reasonably feasible and no later than 15 business days.

We will provide a means for you to confirm that your request has been processed. Where the request is submitted through our online privacy controls or a supported browser-based opt-out preference signal, those controls will display or otherwise indicate your current opt-out status.

Where a request is submitted by email or telephone, we will confirm completion using the contact information reasonably available to us.

What Happens After You Opt Out?

When you opt out, we will take steps to stop sharing your personal information with our advertising partners for purposes that require opt-out consent under applicable law. You may still see our ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

We will retain and apply your opt-out preference for the period required by applicable law. We will not ask you to opt back in during any period in which doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Authorised Agents

You may designate an authorised agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf.

We may require the authorised agent to provide signed written permission showing that they are authorised to act for you. We may contact you where reasonably necessary to confirm that you authorised the agent.

We will not require a verifiable consumer request solely to process a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Do We Discriminate?

We do not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not receive different pricing, products, or service levels as a result of your opt-out decision.
