1. Ordering
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your delivery and payment details. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: You may request to change or cancel an order before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@zalify.shop or call +1 (970) 376-4395. A cancellation or change is confirmed only after we acknowledge it in writing. Once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Q: When will my payment be taken?
A: Your payment method will be authorised and charged when your order is placed or shortly afterwards, subject to approval by your payment provider.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. All payments are processed securely.
Q: Why is there a pending charge on my card?
A: A pending transaction is a temporary status shown by your bank or card issuer while the payment is being processed. It may become a completed charge once processing is finished, or it may be released if the payment is not completed.
2. Delivery
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver to eligible physical street addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and Washington D.C.). We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, military addresses, US territories, or internationally.
Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum order requirement.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery then typically takes 3–5 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days.
Q: What carriers do you use?
A: Orders may be delivered by carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number once dispatched.
Q: My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
A: If your order is late, please contact us. We consider a parcel lost if it has not arrived within 7 business days after the expected delivery date. If confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or free replacement.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes. A return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Standard returns within the contiguous US are free, and we provide a prepaid return label.
Q: What condition do items need to be in?
A: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, cables, and manuals. They should have been handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect appearance and basic functionality.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: We process refunds within 2 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Q: Do you sell my personal information?
A: No, we do not sell personal information for monetary value. However, where advertising or analytics services are enabled, we may disclose certain information, which may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under US state privacy laws. You have the right to opt out.

Q: Is Zalify a UK or US business?
A: Zalify is the trading name of Benjamin Tobias Holloway, a sole trader established in England, United Kingdom. We sell directly to customers in the US through zalify.shop.
Q: Do you charge VAT?
A: No, Zalify is not registered for UK VAT. UK VAT is not charged on orders delivered to the United States.
Q: What currency do you use?
A: All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
